Online Process Group with teenidakini

Prerequisite: Energy Essentials 2 or EEAT course, any level; also open to students of Lynda Caesara and other teachers of the California Energy Class Community

The intention of this course is to provide a space to process feelings of grief, anger, fear, and more in a solid community container. Throughout the series, each participant will get an opportunity to do 45min-50min of personal work.

Being witnessed in your emotional process is a powerful healing opportunity. Witnessing others in their authentic unfolding is an honor and affords us the knowledge and compassion that evolves from holding space.

While utilizing and strengthening our basics, we will be engaging in holding self, the release of emotional energy, witnessing and support, connecting to coherent fields and resources, ceremony and intention.

Portions of this group will include:

* moving energy with breath, sound, and movement * emotional release * ceremony and energetic process

teeni uses her embodied knowledge of emotional release to facilitate the open flow of life force through the body.
