I'm offering a 40-50 min time together in which I will lead you through your basics, and we will do the chakra meditation. I will then hold space for feedback and questions regarding your basics.

No new information will be taught- this is a review of basics, our chakra meditation and a forum for Q&A if you are stuck or needing feedback about your current practice.
