About The Event
This course is a continuation of Energy Essentials Level Two. Only those who have completed Energy Essentials Level Two or a Spirited Human10-month cohort are eligible for this course. It is offered via Zoom online.
This class uses an energetic matrix. Because this ceremonial field is infused with intention, personal life changes will happen.
In Level Three we will engage:
Continuing to refine attention and energy skills
Deepening knowledge of containers, resources and support
Building attention, competence and capacity in regard to energy
